Reservations
You can reserve a room or dorm bed by emailing to teosintalometepe09@yahoo.es and over the telephone (25694105) . We ask a deposit of 30% of your reservation.
Please give us as much notice as possible and if you need to cancel or change your reservation, we need to know straight away so that we can release the reservation and offer the accommodation to someone else. If you cancel your reservation less than 3 days before arrival we will charge you 5% of your total reservation.
Sometimes it is not possible to process reservations at short notice. If you have not had a response to your e-mail then your reservation has not been processed and you will need to call us.
For guests security, only guests are allowed on premises
